1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern the relationship between Hashbush Wedding Card Factory (herein referred to as "the Company") and its clients (herein referred to as "the Client") concerning the production and supply of wedding cards.

2. Orders

• Order Acceptance: All orders placed by the Client are subject to acceptance by the Company. The Company reserves the right to refuse any order.
• Order Placement: Orders shall be placed electronically through our Website or through WhatsApp, specifying the quantity, design, and any customization requirements.
• Communication: All communications should be conducted through WhatsApp.
• Response Time: The Company will respond to the Client's inquiries and messages between 10:00 am and 8:00 pm.

3. Payment

• Initial Payment: 50% of the payment is required at the time of order placement.
• Final Payment: The final balance is due at the time of dispatch.
• Payment Conditions: The Company reserves the right to withhold delivery until full payment has been received.

4. Design and Customization

• Intellectual Property: The Client acknowledges that all designs, including customized designs, remain the intellectual property of the Company. The Company does not share any open files or workable, printable files with the Client.
• Design Modifications: Any alterations or modifications to the design requested by the Client may incur additional charges, which will be agreed upon before implementation.

5. Production and Delivery

• Production Timeline: The Company will make every effort to produce and deliver the wedding cards within the agreed timeframe. The standard timeline includes:
• Liability for Delays: However, the Company shall not be liable for any delays beyond its reasonable control.
• Service Availability: The service is available all over India.

6. Quality

• Quality Assurance: The Company warrants that all wedding cards supplied shall be of satisfactory quality and fit for their intended purpose.
• Reporting Defects: Any defects or discrepancies in the wedding cards must be reported to the Company within 48 hours upon receipt, failing which the Client shall be deemed to have accepted the goods.
• Damage Rate: A 2%-3% damage rate is considered normal and factored into the pricing.
• Color Variations: As this is offset multicolor printing or digital multicolor printing combined with various other processes, slight color variations may occur. Minor color discrepancies may also be present which will not be visible in the proof shared on WhatsApp.

7. Corrections after Final Approval

The Client can make changes within 30 minutes of final approval. After this period, the production process will commence, and further changes may not be accommodated.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Indirect or Consequential Loss: The Company shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising from the production or supply of wedding cards.
• Total Liability: The total liability of the Company under these terms and conditions shall not exceed the total value of the order.

9. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any such amendments shall be notified to the Client in writing and shall be binding upon acceptance.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with the Company, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions in their entirety.
